MASSAGE THERAPISTS
LINDA FRIES, LMT
Linda has 14 years experience as a Massage Therapist. She graduated in 2003 from Berkshire Community College Massage Therapy Program with straight A’s, and has completed advanced neck and back massage workshops. Linda specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Exfoliating Salt Scrub/Body Polish. A practitioner at Body & Soul for over 11 years, Linda is renowned for her tireless energy and willingness to go "the extra mile", and has built a steady and loyal following.
LORI MEEK, LMT
Lori graduated from The Florida School of Massage (celebrating their 40th year in 2014) and has been with Body and Soul for 12 years. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone and Relaxation Therapy. When she is not caring for her clients, Lori enjoys designing and creating costumes, and caring for her two daughters, and spends her spare time enjoying long walks and hiking.
Lori is not accepting new clients at this time.
LAURA OTULAK, LMT
Laura has been a Massage Therapist for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Healing Hands Institute in Westwood, NJ, where she attained National Certification and New York Licensure Credits. She previously practiced in Scarsdale, NY at an upscale spa for 14 years with a very dedicated following, as she consistently gears her talent towards the needs of her clientele. Modalities include Swedish Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, and Body Treatments. Her specialties include Hot Stone Massage.
ANNIE RYE, LMT
Annie is an intuitive experienced therapist with decades of experience. She customizes each session on the specific needs of each client.
ERIKA STUBBS, LMT
Erika has a diverse background in Massage, Nursing, and the study of Energy Medicine. She graduated from Massage Therapy School in 2013, while continuing to pursue her studies in nursing. Erika practices therapeutic relaxing body work. Her goal is to meet you where you are: mentally and physically. She blends Swedish with deep tissue, and holds acupressure points to create a unique experience, so you will feel your best! She prefers to give 90 minute full-body massages while focusing on any areas of the body
that are in need of extra TLC. She believes that receiving massage can help nourish our body, mind & spirit connection, which in return can benefit our relationship with ourselves & everyone around us.

AMANDA MCCALL, LMT,
Amanda graduated in 2005 from the The Chameleon School of Esthetics. She is a certified Dr. Hauschka Esthetician, trained in the La Fleur Anti-Aging Facial, and has been an Esthetician and a Massage Therapist here at Body and Soul for the past 5 years. Amanda also serves a private clientele as a nurse. Amanda gives both a nurturing and healing facial.
In addition to being a Massage Therapist, Amanda has been an Esthetician at Body and Soul for the past 5 years, and serves a private clientele as a nurse. She has over 15 years of experience and studied Therapeutic Massage at the Florida School of Massage. With a deep interest in helping people to heal on all levels. Amanda specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Craniosacral, and Hot Stone Massage Therapy.
ADRIANA SZYDA, LMT
Adriana completed her professional massage training in 1995 at the Swedish Massage Institute in New York City. Having over 18 years of clinical experience, she has developed a skill level that is praised by clients and colleagues alike. Since graduating, Adriana continues to enhance her knowledge through advanced professional training programs. She has professional level training in Deep Tissue Manipulation, and combines various Massage Therapy techniques, including Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Approach, Craniosacral and Somato-Emotional Release Techniques, as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage which makes every session a highly unique experience.
LEAH HOUSE, LMTAfter becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1998, with over 25 years in practice, Leah has focused on providing a compassionate approach to pain and stress management, with modalities that include Trigger Point Therapy and a slow, intuitive, Deep Tissue Approach. Certified in 'Mother Massage' for pregnant women and specializing in light touch massage, Leah loves working with people through all stages of life, to experience less pain, more mobility, and reduced stress. Leah has been a practitioner at Body & Soul for over 15 years, where she has helped to create a safe place where her clients can feel free to let go and heal.
WENDY HIGGINS, L.E.
A graduate of Chameleon’s Schools of Esthetics in 2002 and Dr Hauschka certified in 2003, Wendy began working at Body & Soul in 2018. She has been working in the Healing Arts department of Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health since 2004. Treatments are focused on your individual needs with nurturing care. Also specializing in enhancement of your natural beauty with makeup applications. Clients have called Wendy warm, thoughtful and thorough. Currently accepting client appointments on Thursdays.
