Here are some answers to gift certificate questions:

If you have an "old" gift certificate pictured to the left and right will not go through our online system. We kindly ask that you pay for your service online and write in the "add comment" section that you have an old gift certificate along with the code number. Please bring the old gift certificate in with you at your time of service and we will refund you the amount of the gift certificate. BUT you MUst have the gift certificate code to be redeemed.

If you have a gift certificate that was purchased online prior to August 2025 that has a balance , please also follow the above instructions.

We are fully aware that this is a flaw in our system and we are working diligently to get it resolved quickly.

HAPPY FEET SERVICE : While supplies last you can still ask for a happy feet service. Please book a 60 minute massage and in the "add comments" section please type in that you wish to have a happy feet. - If we run out of supplies when you book, you will receive an email or text stating we cannot offer this service any more and we can refund you if you do not want a massage. - We will be winding down our Dr Hauschka Products in the coming months, which are products we use in a happy feet service.

If you have an emergency in route to your appointment and will not be able to come in please call 413-528-6465 as soon as possible - Your therapist will be monitoring the phones on days they are booked (but only for emergency no shows) If you have an illness and cannot come in please email and call to ensure we get the message early enough to cancel your appointment.

We will be selling Dr Hauschka Products while supplies last. We will be offering discounts in the coming months. We do ask that you please call ahead if you wish to purchase a product to ensure we still have it in stock. Our main office will have limited hours Sunday and we are now closed Monday's
